I Didn’t Receive My GreenGeeks Login Information Email

When you open a hosting account with GreenGeeks, you will receive a few different emails. The subject lines will be similar to:

– GreenGeeks Login Details (contains GreenGeeks login)
– An invoice has been generated (contains billing invoice information)
– New Account Information – <domain> (contains technical account information: FTP, email, DNS, etc.)

Email that contains login URLs or passwords can be classified as spam by some email systems, so if you believe that your order was completed, but you have not received your login information email(s), check your spam or junk mail email folder.

If you still can’t locate your account setup email, please contact our sales department, and they will make sure that you receive the messages.

  1. I didn’t receive these emails and they didn’t end up in my spam / junk mail folder. When I contacted the sales team (and online chat team), all they could suggest was reset password …. which doesn’t work as I also didn’t get any of those emails (which I pointed out when I contacted them).
